
It’s salve for the soul.
Meditate on what you do have, the blessings you posses, not the things you lost.
If you pray, consider making a prayer solely of thanksgiving. Asking nothing. Just listing all the things you are thankful to God for.
It may seem like there is nothing to be thankful for, but if you meditate, you will soon come up with a long list.
Do it and feel peace descend on you like a warm dew.
